Yamoor Perfumes Return and Exchange Policy
Your purchases and use of the products available in this store are subject to the terms and conditions of use and service. The store affirms that all products it provides are original and are stored safely and properly.
The following points clarify the rights of both the consumer and the store:
First: Return Period and Product Condition
All products may be returned within a period not exceeding 3 days from the receipt of the order. To maintain product quality and storage viability, returns cannot be made after this period, even if a problem or defect in the product is confirmed. In case of a manufacturing defect or error, the product must be reported and returned within a period not exceeding 3 days from its receipt.
Second: Non-Returnable Items
There are a number of situations in which a product cannot be returned:
When the return request is submitted after the specified time limit, which is 3 days from the date of receipt.
Upon using the product, removing the carton wrap/seal, if it is damaged by the customer, or if it is not in the same condition the customer received it in.
In the event of a slight leak in the perfume, the store will bear responsibility. However, in the event of a large leak or breakage, the store is not responsible for the consequences. If such damage had been present before shipping, it would have been clearly evident on the product box, and the store would not have sent it to any customer. The customer must claim compensation from the delivery company.
When the customer is not satisfied with the perfume's performance level or its scent.
Consumable products that have been used.
Products that have been tampered with or had their serial numbers removed.
Products without labels, without the original packaging, or missing any of their specific accessories.
Products damaged due to a reason attributable to the delivery company. In this case, the customer must claim compensation for the damage to their shipment from the delivery company.
Third: How a Customer Can Recover Funds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the customer receives an item in a damaged condition or one that is not identical to what was selected from the store, they may return the item to us in the exact same condition and with its original packaging within 3 days from the date of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will immediately proceed to send undamaged products to the customer or fully refund the amount they paid.
Fourth: Order Cancellation and Shipping Costs
If the customer cancels the order before the shipment is sent, the customer will not incur any fees, and the full amount paid will be refunded to the card used for payment.
If the return or exchange is for a reason attributable to the customer and the cancellation is made after the product has been shipped, the customer will bear the shipping costs both ways.
Fifth: Testers
Testers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are checked and inspected before being sent to the customer. If there is a problem with the perfume, it may be due to the delivery companies, and the customer must contact the delivery company for compensation for any defect in the perfume.
Sixth: Product Quality and Performance
The store guarantees customers only the quality of the products and that they are original from official agents and authorized distributors. The store is not responsible for the performance level of the perfumes (longevity and projection). This is because manufacturing companies constantly update their product formulas between batches. A decrease in product performance may also be due to shipping companies that failed to store the shipment properly as required (e.g., keeping it cool), even though the store provides a complimentary thermal-insulation packaging service to customers to prevent any product issues and ensure safe arrival.
